7. Technical Architecture & Your Privacy

Glimpse uses peer-to-peer (WebRTC) technology:

• Video and audio streams directly between your browser and the other user's browser
• Text messages are sent directly between users via WebRTC data channels
• No video, audio, or text passes through the developer's servers
• The developer cannot access, view, or record your communications
• STUN servers (operated by Google) are used only to establish connections

What This Means:

• Other users can record you using screen recording software
• Other users can take screenshots of your video
• Other users can save your messages
• The developer cannot prevent, detect, or stop this
• Once someone records you, that content is beyond anyone's control

8. Complete Disclaimer of Liability

THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS WHILE YOU USE THIS SERVICE.

The developer explicitly disclaims all liability for:

• Any interactions between users, including harassment, abuse, threats, or illegal behavior
